Zadling.com was started in March 2010 by Zachary Zawarski.
I am a graduate of the University of Delaware Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics (2006) and Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2009). I am also licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
My goal is to help startups and small businesses with the legal issues that surround business formation, as well as the technological and internet marketing aspects that can help grow their business.
While studying for the Pennsylvania bar examination, I began using Google Docs to take notes and Google Calendar to stay organized. During this process, I discovered just how powerful these tools are and immediately recognized the enormous impact that they could have on businesses. Using Google Apps helped me pass the Pennsylvania Bar Examination on my first attempt. I truly believe that using Google Apps provided me with a unique competitive advantage while studying for the Bar Exam and I also believe that Google Apps will help your business gain a competitive advantage in your industry.
The best parts about Google’s service was its speed and convenience. My notes were stored in the cloud so I no longer had to use a thumb drive or e-mail myself attachments in order to study from another computer. I could even study my notes from my iTouch in the kitchen.
After experiencing the way Google Docs could be used to share information and access information more quickly, it became my mission to help other businesses realize the advantages that Google Apps has to offer.
Zadling was then founded and I went onto fulfill my goal of helping other businesses use Google’s technology to make their business grow and develop, as well as develop an online presence for companies.
