Although Exchange has some cool features, I agree it's bloated and doesn't work well all the time. I believe it's just poor programming and not enough testing before it was introduced. We don't mind paying for an upgrade but we don't need it on all of our accounts so it's thousands of dollars for us to make the switch. Thanks for the article.
