When it comes to work email, you probably find yourself writing the same e-mail over-and-over again. Whether it’s responding to a common customer question, writing a thank you note to someone, or an initial e-mail after meeting someone, you’re likely rehashing a general email that you’ve already spent time writing and editing before. You may have even found yourself going through your Sent Mail in order to copy-and-paste an email that you’ve sent someone else already.
With a new feature in Gmail, Canned Responses, you can now save your email templates and insert them quickly into your emails with ease without having to open a file where you store your email templates or scrummaging through your sent emails.
To enable this feature, click the green Google Labs icon in your Gmail and enabled the Canned Responses add-on. No more rehashing the same old email responses time and time again. Enjoy the time you’ve saved with this convenient add-on.
